About this bot

Let members contact your moderation team by messaging the bot instead of exposing a public help channel. Dragory Modmail creates staff-side conversations in your configured inbox server and forwards replies between staff and the member. SQLite retains conversation records. Set up a private staff inbox and log channel before inviting members to use it. This is a hosted adaptation of Dragory’s MIT-licensed Modmail bot; upstream maintainers are credited, and DiscordBotHost maintains this deployment. Setup and support

Create a private staff inbox category that denies View Channel to @everyone, and a private log channel inside that category. Create a private staff inbox and private log channel. Copy the community server, inbox server, log channel, and private inbox category IDs. Enable Server Members and Message Content intents, invite the bot to both servers, enter the IDs and BOT_TOKEN, and start it. Send a test DM, reply as staff in the created thread, and close it before announcing the service. Free hosting follows the platform’s weekly renewal and one-active-Free-slot policy.
