Giovanis J Salazar Batista (sole proprietor), operating as Discord Bot Host supports Discord, Google, and email and password sign-in. We store your email address and verification status, your Discord ID or Google account identifier when connected, and a password hash if you set a password. We do not store your plaintext password. Provider access tokens are used to look up your profile and are not stored in cookies or the database.
Sign-in methods share one account. Automatic linking requires matching verified email addresses. Free hosting works with any sign-in method and requires a verified email address.
We use signed session cookies to keep you signed in, and temporary cookies for email forms and Google sign-in. We store IP addresses and operational logs for operations and abuse review. Stripe handles card details; we store payment metadata to manage your subscription.
AI assistant
The AI assistant's answers come from a third-party AI model. When you use it, we send that model the context listed in the assistant panel, such as your bot's console output, status and settings. Secret values are never sent, only whether they're set. Chats are kept for 30 days with secrets removed, then deleted. Only you can read them, unless the server is flagged for abuse, in which case our staff can read them to review the flag.
Analytics and session replay
We run our own analytics on discordbothost.com and my.discordbothost.com. It counts page views, where visits come from and which pages people use, so we can fix what's confusing. We don't use third-party analytics or ad trackers.
Site and portal sessions may be recorded with inputs masked and sensitive pages excluded, linked to your signed-in account using a first-party browser cookie, and kept for 30 days.
For a small, random share of visits we also record a session replay: how the page changed and where the pointer moved, so we can see where people get stuck.
Everything you type into a form is masked in your browser before anything is sent. On account pages, all text on the page is masked too, and the bot console is never recorded.
We never record sign-in, account, billing or checkout pages. We don't record visits that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Replays are deleted after 30 days. Only our staff can watch them, and every view is logged.
To opt out, turn on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser.
Other records
Scheduled cleanup removes operational events after 180 days, handled contact messages (including sender IPs) 365 days after handling, unused sign-in tokens 7 days after expiry and used tokens 7 days after use, and webhook IDs and deploy events after 90 days. We keep network attribution records (which server used which IP) for 90 days; server logs are rotated by size. Unhandled messages stay until handled. Renewal history needed for account features, billing history and payment metadata needed for disputes and tax, and security audit records are kept longer.
Affiliate referrals
A referral link can set a first-party bh_aff cookie for seven days. It contains the affiliate code and first-click time with an integrity signature. Creating a new account during that window credits the affiliate permanently. You can remove the code at signup. The cookie is not shared with advertisers. Daily click totals use salted unique-visit hashes that are removed after 30 days. Keyed signup IP hashes flag possible abuse for review; IP matches never block a referral by themselves. Keyed card-fingerprint comparisons help detect self-referral. Affiliates see customer numbers, plans and commission amounts, never customer names or emails.
For privacy questions, log in and contact support. Effective Oct 29, 2026. Jurisdiction: the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with jurisdiction in the courts of Florida.
