You are responsible for your bot token and for what the bot does. Backups are available: manual on Free, daily and manual on paid plans. A free server must be renewed on the schedule in the renewal doc. A canceled paid server runs until the paid period ends, then stops; its files and backups are deleted 30 days after that period ends. A paid server that is not paid is suspended on day 7 and deleted on day 14. A chargeback suspends the servers on the account.
