Ticket Desk
By DiscordBotHost Starters · tickets
Give members a private support channel with a ticket panel, staff approval, archiving, and duplicate-ticket protection.
About this bot
Create a straightforward support desk inside your Discord server. An administrator posts a ticket panel; members press a button to open a private channel with staff. Staff can confirm, archive, or delete tickets. The upstream bot prevents double-click duplicates and limits members to one open ticket, with a cooldown between requests. The hosted configuration limits the open category to 20 tickets. Adapted from thesleax’s MIT-licensed Ticket Bot; this listing is maintained by DiscordBotHost rather than the upstream author. Setup and support
Create open-ticket and archive categories, copy their IDs and your server ID, and enter them with BOT_TOKEN. Add optional support-role IDs separated by commas. Start the bot and run /ticket-panel as an administrator. Test with a normal member and a staff member, confirming the private channel cannot be seen by @everyone. Free hosting follows the platform’s weekly renewal and one-active-Free-slot policy.
No paid external service is required.
