Free bots run for 7 days at a time. Renew opens when the bot goes offline. Paid plans keep running without renewing.
The timeline
- When you claim or renew, the expiry is set 7 days from that moment.
- At expiry, Renew becomes available. It is unavailable while the free run is still active.
- 48 hours before expiry, the first reminder email goes out.
- 24 hours before expiry, a second reminder goes out.
- At expiry, the server is suspended and you get an email. A suspended bot is offline, but its files are kept.
- 24 hours before deletion, you get a last warning email.
- 14 days after the last renewal, the server and its files are deleted, and you get a final email.
How to renew
- Log in with the account that owns the server.
- Open your offline bot from your bots. The reminder emails offer Upgrade; Renew opens when the bot goes offline.
- Pass the captcha check and renew.
Renewing sets the expiry to 7 days from the moment you renew and starts the bot again. Early renewal is unavailable. If you try before the countdown reaches zero, the page tells you when Renew opens. Too many attempts in one hour are rate-limited.
Renewing a suspended server
You can renew any time while the server is suspended, right up until it is deleted.
Renewing lifts the suspension, starts a fresh 7-day run and starts the bot. Check the console to confirm it is ready. If startup fails, the renewal is still recorded and the panel tells you to press Start.
After deletion
Backups are available: manual on Free, daily and manual on paid plans. A deleted free server cannot be restored. Keep your own copy of your code and any data files the bot writes. When a slot is free, you can claim a new free server and upload your files again.
Check that reminder emails aren't landing in spam. They arrive before expiry so you can upgrade to keep the bot running. Otherwise, wait until it goes offline and Renew becomes available.
